We went shopping virtually with Mark to the lumber yard and looked at several wood samples before we made our decision. Then Mark let us see the raw piece of wood and was still pleased with our choice. Mark then showed us the various stages of completion…. From going to to his workshop to see how he cut the board of wood and created it into a bench to taking photographs and showing us the process of oiling the wood and epoxy filling. We were always well informed and felt part of the creative process.”
